In our 'Lil Tigers Classes your child will be challenged, inspired, and supported in bringing out the best in them as we introduce them to Karate. Our 'Lil Tigers Classes will assist your child in developing important life and basic learning skills by emphasizing respect, focus, listening, never giving up, and how to take responsibility for ones actions. Your child will participate in exercise fundamentals that will challenge them and ultimately provide them with increased flexibility, strength, and improved balance. Your child will be provided all of these benefits in our 'Lil Tigers Program and have fun while doing it!
'Lil Tigers Class provided for ages 4 thru 6.
Prepare your child to succeed, to do well in school, and to stay clear of peer pressures by enrolling them in our Juniors classes. In our Juniors classes your child will be provided with verbal skills, confidence to use their common sense in a situation before engaging in self-defense, and critical thinking skills. In our Juniors Program we emphasize the development of our students character by re-enforcing their self-esteem, enhancing their self-discipline, and growing their confidence. We want to maximize your child's unique potential. Your child will learn self-defense through blocks, knowing how to evade a grab, and knowing what kind of strike they should do and when. We encourage parents to involve themselves in their child's progress within our Juniors classes. This will develop your child into an individual who values honesty, respect for authority, and has the ability to say "no" to unhealthy peer pressure. Junior class provided for ages 7 thru 17.
Our adult class is suitable for any age from 18 to 81 and any fitness level. We will help you reach your fitness goals, provide you with effective self defense, and help you build up your confidence. You will experience an intense workout in a fun, safe learning environment. Joint manipulation, ground fighting, take downs, inside fighting, and body conditioning are all a part of the adult class. You as a student, will learn how to strengthen your physical body while rejunvenating your mental health. Traditional Okinawan Strength Training Equipment is utilized during warm-ups to teach you proper muscle development and body awareness. Our professional instructors will provide you with motivation, knowledge, and assistance in reaching your goals so that you will be prepared mentally and physically with skills that will last a lifetime.
